Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai, born in 1969, earned his MBA Degree from the Centre Franco-Vietnamien de formation à la Gestion – CFVG (The French – Vietnamese Center for Management Education) and his BA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City.

He held various key positions in different functions in the Company as in Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Logistics, Store Network Development, and Executive Management. Mr. Tai has fully devoted to the development of the Company since its inception, led the Company with his “Virtue” (meaning “Duc” in Vietnamese) and his “Talent” (meaning “Tai” in Vietnamese). Being the “captain” of the Mobile World “crew”, he has always striven for bringing all employees with happiness, prosperity, and pride as being MWGers.

Mr. Thomas Lanyi, born in 1977, Austrian nationality, is the Director of CDH Investments.

Being appointed Board Director of Mobile World Investment Corporation as an authorised representative of CDH in April 2013, Mr. Lanyi always supports, assists and adds great value to the Company. After CDH divested from MWG in April 2018, he was appointed as an independent BOD member. Since May 2021, he has been a non executive BOD member of the Company.

Mr. Dao The Vinh, born in 1972, earned his Bachelor and Master degree from Russian State Hydro-meteorological University.  He is the founding shareholder and CEO of the Golden Gate Trade & Services JSC (Golden Gate). Golden Gate was established in 2005, is the pioneer in operating F&B chain in Vietnam. Golden Gate runs 20 brands with 190 restaurants nationwide and is expanding constantly.

Since April 2019, he has been elected as an independent BOD member of the Company. He does not work for the Company and does not own any voting share of MWG. According to the BOD’s resolution dated 21st May 2021, he was appointed as a member of Audit Committee.

Mr. Doan Van Hieu Em, born in 1982, graduated from the University of Finance and Marketing of Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Accounting.

Joined MWG since March 2007, Mr. Hieu Em held many key management positions of the Company in departments of Accounting – Finance, Merchandising,.. to become the Category Director of ICT and Consumer Electronics. In September 2018, he was appointed as the CEO of MWG’s subsidiary – Mobile World JSC – the company runs thegioididong.com and Dien May Xanh chains. Since April 2019, he has been elected as a BOD member of the Company.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Trung, born in 1959, earned his MBA from Programme de Maitrise en Managament Vietnam et Communaute Francaise de Belgique - MMVCFB. He held many key positions at Saigon General Services JSC (Savico), including: ChiefAccountant, Category Development Director, Head of R&D,…Currently, he is a BOD member of Auto Han River JSC – Huyndai Han River (Da Nang), Head of Supervisors of Dana JSC (Dana Ford) and Vice Chairman of Mai Am The Gioi Di Dong Charity fund.

Since May 2021, he has been elected as an independent BOD member of the Company. He does not work for the Company and does not own any voting share of MWG. According to the BOD’s resolution dated 21st May 2021, he has been appointed as Chairman of Audit Committee.

Mr. Dang Minh Luom, born in 1975, holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management.

Being the Human Resources Director of Mobile World Joint Stock Company since 2007, Mr. Luom has led and inspired the most valuable asset of the Company – the “crew” of  nearly 70,000 staff nation-wide – who are wholehearted to drive the Mobile World “ship” steadily forward. Mr. Luom has been elected as a BOD member since May 2014, he is currently the HR Director of the Company.

Mr. Robert Alan Willett, born in 1947, a British citizen, was a former CEO of Best Buy International.

As a Board Director and Senior Advisor to the Company since April 2013, he has connected Mobile World’s management team with the leading international companies in the retail of electronic devices to share the industry best practices and the success factors. He was the one who have inspired the confidence into the customer centric culture, contributing to bring the Company to new heights in customer service culture. Since May 2021, he has been a non executive BOD member of the Company.

Mr. Tran Huy Thanh Tung was born in 1970, he graduated from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City.

Being one of the five founders who was in charge of finance since 2005, Mr. Tran Huy Thanh Tung has made great contributions to the Company in the roles of Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, etc. Since April 2019, he has been a non executive BOD member of the Company. According to the BOD’s resolution dated 21st May 2021, he was appointed as a member of Audit Committee.

Mr. Do Tien Si, born in 1967, earned his MBA from INSEAD University, France and Tsinghua University, China.  He is the founding shareholder, CEO and Vice Chairman of Pomina Steel JSC. Currently, Pomina Steel JSC is the biggest steel manufacturer in the South of Vietnam.

Since May 2021, he has been elected as an independent BOD member of the Company. He does not work for the Company and does not own any voting share of MWG.
