On February 5, 2024 afternoon, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Municipal People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung led a team of HCMC's department leaders to visit and discuss the supply of goods for the 2024 Lunar New Year market at Bach Hoa Xanh.

Representing Bach Hoa Xanh, Mr. Pham Van Trong, General Director of Bach Hoa Xanh Trading Joint Stock Company, briefed the plans regarding goods preparation, sources, and service provision for the Tet holiday. Bach Hoa Xanh has arranged to ensure a sufficient supply of goods during peak seasons, particularly during holidays. The company uses forecasting technologies to predict product demand before and after Tet. Bach Hoa Xanh is also working with various departments to maintain stable prices, especially with the rising pork prices. The company also offers promotions to customers to celebrate a worry-free Tet holiday. In terms of customer service, Bach Hoa Xanh has implemented measures to ensure that customers do not have to wait too long at checkout counters during Tet periods. This will provide a convenient and speedy shopping experience for customers.

During the meeting, Vice Chairman - Mr. Nguyen Van Dung acknowledged the contributions and efforts of Bach Hoa Xanh in particular and The Gioi Di Dong Corporation in general in providing and ensuring stable and sufficient goods for Tet. Mr. Dung also emphasized the role of the modern Bach Hoa Xanh supermarket system with government agencies to ensure safe goods and adequate services for the people. It simultaneously ensured income and rewards for laborers serving during Tet.

Representatives from Bach Hoa Xanh also announced the expansion of 100 additional stores in Ho Chi Minh City, increasing the chain's total nationwide stores to over 1800. The company focuses on the quality of the goods in all stores, promoting a sustainable green economy, providing supply-demand connections, partnering with suppliers to ensure quality, and contributing to community activities and social welfare.

Furthermore, the Ho Chi Minh City government expects Bach Hoa Xanh, with its leadership role in critical areas, to proactively establish networks and supply connections, promote a green economy and sustainable consumption, spread green lifestyle awareness to many people nationwide, and continue expanding its network to ensure quality goods reach consumers safely.
