Investment & corporate restructuring
Received investment capital from Mekong Capital and converted to a joint-stock company.

2010
Launch of Dien May Xanh
Aggressively expanded the thegioididong.com system nationwide and launched the Dienmay.com electronics chain (now Dien May Xanh).

2012
Reached all 63 provinces
Thegioididong.com reached all 63 provinces and cities, while Dien May Xanh had a presence in 9 provinces with 12 stores.

Listed on HOSE
On July 14, 2014, successfully listed 62,723,171 shares under the ticker MWG.

2015
Piloting Bach Hoa Xanh
Dien May Xanh became Vietnam's largest electronics retail chain by store count; in late 2015, the company piloted Bach Hoa Xanh, a mini-supermarket chain.

2016
Dien May Xanh covers 63/63 provinces
Dien May Xanh became the first electronics retailer to reach all 63/63 provinces and cities, with more than 250 stores.

2018
Acquisition of Tran Anh & An Khang investment
Bach Hoa Xanh reached store-level EBITDA breakeven; MWG completed the acquisition of Tran Anh and finalized a minority equity investment in An Khang Retail Company.

2020
Launch of Dien May Xanh Supermini
The Dien May Xanh Supermini (DMS) micro-store model entered trial from mid-2020.

2021
Revenue surpasses USD 5 billion, An Khang pharmacy was officially consolidated into MWG
MWG's revenue surpassed USD 5 billion. Bach Hoa Xanh surpassed USD 1 billion, officially reaching company-level EBITDA breakeven, and An Khang was consolidated into MWG.

2022
Entered Indonesia market
Officially entered Indonesia's electronics retail market with 5 EraBlue stores.

2023
Comprehensive restructuring
MWG proactively carried out comprehensive restructuring, maintaining its position as Vietnam's leading retailer. Bach Hoa Xanh reached breakeven after all costs.

2024
"Reduce Quantity – Increase Quality" strategy
Implemented the "Reduce Quantity – Increase Quality" strategy; Bach Hoa Xanh became profitable at the company level and contributed full-year profit to the Group for the first time.

2025
Record revenue of VND 156.5 trillion
MWG recorded record revenue of VND 156.5 trillion and profit of over VND 7 trillion; the Thegioididong, Dien May Xanh, and Bach Hoa Xanh chains, along with An Khang, EraBlue, and AVAKids, all improved operational efficiency.
