Dien May Xanh Sets HOSE Listing Date, Market Capitalization to Exceed VND 100 Trillion

Dien May Xanh has officially announced its listing date on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), with an expected market capitalization surpassing VND 100 trillion. Investor interest has been further strengthened by the company's estimated second-quarter 2026 net profit, which is projected to surge 80% year-on-year to more than VND 2.58 trillion.

HoSE has announced the approval of the listing and the first trading day for shares of Dien May Xanh Investment Joint Stock Company (ticker: DMX). Accordingly, nearly 1.3 billion DMX shares will officially begin trading on August 6, 2026, with a reference price of VND 80,000 per share. The listing approval became effective on July 27, 2026.

At the reference price, Dien May Xanh is expected to debut with a market capitalization of approximately VND 101.4 trillion, officially joining the group of Vietnamese listed companies with market values exceeding VND 100 trillion.

Prior to its listing, Dien May Xanh successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO), with approximately 93% of the offered shares subscribed by investors.

According to previously disclosed information, the company sold more than 166 million shares at VND 80,000 per share, raising over VND 13.3 trillion. Following the IPO, Dien May Xanh's charter capital increased to more than VND 12.677 trillion.

The IPO attracted participation from around 60 domestic and international investment funds. Most of the allocated shares were purchased by institutional investors, with foreign investors accounting for a significant proportion of the offering.

Following the successful IPO, Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG) remains the controlling shareholder of Dien May Xanh. The listing of its subsidiary is expected to enable the market to independently assess and value MWG's consumer electronics, home appliances, and technology retail business, providing greater transparency and unlocking shareholder value within the group's retail ecosystem.
