On September 24, 2026, at the 16th IR Awards Ceremony, Mobile World Investment Corporation (HOSE: MWG) was once again recognized among the Top 3 Non-Financial Large Caps with the Most Highly Valued IR Activities by Financial Institutions at IR Awards 2026.

The IR Awards is an annual recognition program launched in 2011 and jointly organized by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE), and Finance & Life e-Magazine (FiLi).

The IR Awards recognize and honor listed companies with outstanding Investor Relations (IR) practices based on quantitative assessments and online voting by individual investors and professional financial institutions. The program aims to raise awareness of the strategic role of Investor Relations, promote higher standards of transparency and information disclosure, enhance corporate governance practices, and strengthen investor confidence in Vietnam’s stock market.

According to the results announced at the 16th IR Awards Ceremony, MWG once again ranked among the Top 3 Non-Financial Large Caps with the Most Highly Valued IR Activities by Financial Institutions in 2026. This recognition falls under the IR assessment category for financial institutions, which evaluates companies across seven key pillars: quality of information disclosure, IR website, financial communications, corporate governance and IR strategy, IR events, IR engagement with financial institutions, and equity issuance.

Mr. Doan Phan Trung Kien, Senior Manager of Investment & IR at MWG, received the commemorative trophy and certificate on behalf of MWG in the category “Non-Financial Large Cap with the Most Highly Valued IR Activities by Financial Institutions at IR Awards 2026.”

MWG’s continued presence in the Top 3 reflects the recognition of the Company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen and enhance the quality of its Investor Relations activities. These efforts enable investors not only to understand what the Company has achieved, but also to gain greater insight into the foundations and capabilities that support MWG’s long-term growth.

Investor Relations: New expectations for IR quality

Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang, Director of IR, Investment & Corporate Governance at MWG, shared: “As Vietnam’s market moves closer to international standards, investors will increasingly focus not only on business performance, but also on corporate governance quality, the ability to create long-term value, and transparency in information disclosure. Accordingly, the role of Investor Relations will evolve from primarily fulfilling disclosure obligations to helping the market develop a more comprehensive understanding of the business.”

At MWG, Investor Relations is regarded as a two-way dialogue and a long-term partnership between the Company, its shareholders, and the investment community. Beyond communicating what the Company has achieved, MWG seeks to provide investors with a clear understanding of its strategic direction, execution approach, and the challenges it may encounter throughout its development journey.

Strong business performance supported by effective IR

In the first eight months of 2026, MWG recorded net revenue of VND 129.431 trillion, representing a 30% increase year-on-year compared with the same period in 2025 and achieving 70% of its full-year revenue target. For the full year, the Company targets VND 185 trillion in revenue and VND 9.2 trillion in profit after tax, representing increases of 19% and 30%, respectively, compared with its 2025 performance.

Alongside its full compliance with statutory information disclosure requirements, MWG currently publishes monthly business performance reports in both Vietnamese and English, maintains regular engagement with investors and the analyst community, and continuously enhances its Investor Relations website at mwg.vn. Through these initiatives, MWG aims to make corporate information increasingly accessible, interconnected, and easy to understand, thereby enabling the market to develop a more comprehensive and informed view of the Company.
