MWG Ranks Among Vietnam’s Top 30 Private Enterprises By State Budget Contribution In 2026 - PRIVATE 100

On August 24, CafeF officially announced the 2026 PRIVATE 100 ranking, honoring the 100 private enterprises based on actual payments in the fiscal year 2025. With a contribution of more than VND 2 trillion, Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG) ranked among the Top 30 private enterprises with the largest contributions to the state budget in Vietnam.

PRIVATE 100 is part of the VNTAX (Vietnam Largest Taxpayers) recognition system, which honors enterprises making the largest contributions to Vietnam’s state budget and highlights their important role in creating resources for national economic growth.

According to the 2026 PRIVATE 100 ranking, the 100 leading private enterprises contributed a combined VND 390.7 trillion to the state budget in 2025, an increase of VND 146.3 trillion, equivalent to 60%, from the previous year. This amount accounted for 14.7% of Vietnam’s total state budget revenue in 2025, or nearly 1/7 of the country’s total budget revenue.

In this year’s ranking, MWG continued to be recognized among the retail enterprises making significant contributions to the state budget. In 2025, MWG paid VND 2,056.4 billion to the state budget, up 58.5% year on year. Of this amount, Dien May Xanh Investment Corporation (DMX) contributed VND 1,767 billion, accounting for a significant share of MWG’s total state budget contribution.

MWG maintained its growth momentum in both scale and business efficiency in 2026, creating a foundation for the Group to strengthen its operating performance and further increase its contribution to the economy. In the first seven months of 2026, the company recorded VND 111.394 trillion in revenue, up 29% year on year and achieving 60% of its full-year revenue target. DMX generated VND 75.474 trillion in revenue, up 29% and reaching 62% of its annual target. Meanwhile, Bach Hoa Xanh recorded approximately VND 33.9 trillion in revenue, up more than 28% year on year, continuing to make a positive contribution to the Group’s overall growth.

Behind the more-than-VND 2 trillion contribution to the state budget lies a process of creating and spreading value across multiple areas. With its large-scale retail network, MWG not only generates revenue and profits but also connects suppliers with the market, facilitates the flow of goods, and meets consumer demand. Its operations also create jobs and income for more than 65,000 employees, expanding the value generated and distributed among various participants in the economy. Part of this value is converted into state budget revenue, contributing back to the country’s public resources. In this way, the company’s operations create value not only at the enterprise level but also contribute to building economic resources and supporting a broader cycle of growth.

Looking ahead, MWG will continue to pursue sustainable growth, with business efficiency advancing alongside social responsibility and the value the company creates for the economy. Strengthening operational capabilities, improving efficiency, and expanding its business ecosystem are aimed not only at creating new growth momentum but also at increasing the value shared with employees, partners, customers, and communities.

By 2030, MWG aims to become Southeast Asia’s No. 1 group in retail, e-commerce, and related services. Along this journey, expanding its business scale will not only focus on revenue and profit growth but also on expanding its capacity to create jobs, connect value chains, and contribute resources to the broader development of Vietnam’s economy.
