To ensure health safety for shareholders and comply with the regulations in COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Shareholders shall attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 14th and 15th, 2021 via the Website “mwg.vn” only. Attending the Meeting in person held at the Company’s office is not available.

Signing up an account on the Website "mwg.vn" will be opened until 17:00 on May 15th, 2021. All shareholders are recommended to complete the account registration early before 12:00PM on May 15th, 2021 in order to (i) be timely verified account by authorized departments and (ii) avoid interruption when participating in the Meeting online. The Company, the Board of Directors and authorized departments are not responsible for shareholders’ late registration or inappropriate requested documents.
