INVESTOR RELATIONS

The following reporting and investor meeting schedule will come into effect from 2023:

1. The Company will release information on consumption trends and revenues of key business segments on a monthly basis, excluding profit information.

2. Financial statements (unaudited) with full, detailed information on the group and its key business units will be released on a quarterly basis to allow for the careful collection, reconciliation, and consolidation of accurate, reliable data among all subsidiaries and the new affiliate company in Indonesia. In addition, investor meetings/earning calls will be conducted quarterly after financial statements are released to clarify information and address investors’ questions.

3. Financial statements reviewed by an auditor and reports on Corporate Governance will be issued twice a year (semi-annual and full-year), complying with the provisions of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated 16 November 2020.
