At the implementation conference on January 2, 2025, Bách Hóa XANH signed a Cooperation Agreement on Goods Quality Control with the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Central Highlands provinces, reaffirming its commitment to delivering high-quality and safe products to consumers.

Bách Hóa XANH is honored to be one of the first retail chains to participate in the "Green Tick of Responsibility" program—an initiative by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade in collaboration with retail chains. The program requires suppliers and retailers to strictly commit to food safety, ensure transparency in quality control processes, and eliminate substandard products.

The "Green Tick of Responsibility" program was established to build a safe and sustainable supply chain platform through responsible commitments at every stage—from farming, processing, and distribution to retail. The program helps consumers easily distinguish between "responsible" products and low-quality ones, creates development opportunities for reputable producers, and gradually eliminates unethical manufacturers who prioritize profit over consumer rights and health from the market.
