Depending on the feature you use (e.g., subscribing to IR newsletters, accessing the Website, logging in to attend the General Meeting of Shareholders), we may collect:

• Basic personal data: Full name, phone number, address, email, national ID card/passport number, personal image, and data related to shareholder status.
• Sensitive personal data: Images of ID card/Passport, your location data determined via location services (if you grant access permission to the device).
• Other data: Technical data (IP address, Cookie), Website access history.

2. Purpose of data processing

Your data is processed for the following groups of purposes:

• Group of purposes for fulfilling agreements/transactions (Mandatory): Registering, granting, and managing shareholder/user accounts; identifying and verifying eligibility to attend the online General Meeting of Shareholders; answering inquiries and providing technical support. fulfilling reporting obligations and information disclosure as required by State authorities; preventing fraudulent acts and impersonation of shareholder status.
• Group of expanded purposes (Optional): Sending Investor Relations (IR) newsletters, dividend announcements, updating business activity news, and analysis to enhance Website usage experience. Before collecting your personal data for these purposes, MWG will provide prior notice, and you have the right to consent or refuse such processing.

3. Personal data retention period

Your personal data will be stored and secured until: (i) You submit a valid request for personal data deletion/cancellation; (ii) We have completed the purpose of personal data processing; or (iii) The retention period according to securities, enterprise, and other relevant laws expires, whichever occurs first.

4. Transfer of personal data

To serve the legitimate purposes mentioned above, MWG may share your data with:

• Affiliates and subsidiaries belonging to the MWG Group.
• Partners providing technology infrastructure services, online General Meeting of Shareholders organization systems; telecommunications and courier service providers; auditing firms, and legal counsel of MWG.
• Competent State authorities upon lawful request.
• Personal data processing service providers engaged by MWG under contracts.

5. Your Rights and Obligations

• Rights: You have the right to be informed about personal data processing activities; the right to withdraw consent; the right to request access, provision, correction/request for correction, or request deletion, restriction, or objection to the processing of your personal data through the Account Settings feature or by sending us a written request to our email/office stated in Section 7 of this Policy.
• Note: Your withdrawal of consent, request for deletion, or restriction of data processing may lead to MWG being unable to continue providing the corresponding features or to fulfill your requests/rights (e.g., inability to identify you to grant permission to attend the online General Meeting of Shareholders). In such cases, MWG shall be exempted from all related liabilities.
• Obligations: You must ensure that all information provided to MWG is accurate and lawful. If you provide third-party data (such as a person authorized to attend the General Meeting of Shareholders), you warrant and guarantee that you have obtained their lawful consent to provide such personal data to MWG for the purposes set out in Section 2 of this Policy.

6. Security and Liability Exemption

MWG strives to implement strict technical and organizational security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Data. However, in cases of unauthorized disclosure arising from sophisticated cyberattacks by hackers/malicious actors due to objective reasons not attributable to MWG's fault, you agree to exempt us from all unforeseeable liabilities and damages incurred.
