As a non-governmental organization from the UK, Newborns Vietnam (NBV) is licensed to operate with the mission of reducing infant mortality in Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam.
This swimming festival has 72 athletes who will continuously compete and conquer the challenge of swimming relay for 12 hours at Empire City's high-tech swimming pool area. The challenge is even more meaningful when the amount raised corresponds to the swimming team's achievements; the faster the swimming team has, the more significant the amount of money that team will support Newborns Vietnam.
AVASport also initially contributed $6,000 to Newborns Vietnam as one of the competition teams. Representatives from the sportswear retail chain of Mobile World Group are also trying their best to win this year's race, with the desire to support more for this meaningful activity.
The event opened with enthusiasm as the swimming teams proudly raised their flags, cheering for the athletes entering the pool. The event's highlight is the 100m swimming competition between CEOs, and the overall winner of each team will be announced in the evening of the same day.
After a tough and thrilling competition, the CEO of AVASport excellently brought home the victory in the first round of the 100m swim at the Empire City high-tech swimming pool.
