TopZone won big in the first week of its launch: Where did the advantage come from that exceeded sales expectations in just one week?

Officially launched in October 2021, TopZone - Apple's high-endauthorized retail chain in Vietnam has confirmed its potential in the firstweek of launch.

After just one week of operation, TopZone's revenue at four storesreached 3 billion VND per day; each store sold more than 5 billion VND.


 At the opening ceremony, CEO Doan Van Hieu Emexpected that TopZone sales for each AAR store would be around 2-3 billion VND,and APR models would be 8-10 billion VND/store. The iPhone, however,represented 80% of sales at TopZone, bringing its total revenue of four AARoutlets to VND 17 billion.

As a result, TopZone achieved a revenue of over5 billion VND/store after only one week of operation, exceeding expectationsfor the entire month. This remarkable number shows the trust of consumers inTopZone.

At TopZone, customers will be served bywell-trained teams and certified staffs through Apple's various rigorousprocesses.


In addition, customers can discover and purchase all of Apple'secosystem of products, including accessories that have never been on sale atMobile World or Dien May Xanh. Besides, the chain will offer all of Apple'sproducts that are available worldwide to Vietnam.


The sales success in the first week of operationwill provide the momentum to accomplish the goal of 60 stores by the end of thefirst quarter of 2022. TopZone has since expanded to become Vietnam's mostextensive Mono Store system. This increases the market share of Apple'sproducts to 10% in Mobile World.

TopZone is widely regarded and will usher in anew era, bringing good changes to Vietnam's Apple ecosystem retail business.
