On the afternoon of December 22, 2025, Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG) was honored among the Top 20 Ho Chi Minh City Green Enterprises 2025 at the Ho Chi Minh City Green Enterprise Honoring and Award Ceremony. The event was chaired by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and co-organized by Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) to recognize outstanding enterprises for their implementation of environmentally friendly production and business solutions, contributing to the city’s sustainable development goals.

In 2025, the selection process for the “Ho Chi Minh City Green Enterprise” title was strengthened to ensure greater transparency and stricter evaluation, with multiple independent review stages. Participating companies were required to score at least 70 out of 100 points and the preliminary list was made public before the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee issued the official approval. The title is awarded on a three-year basis, serving as a trusted benchmark that helps businesses improve competitiveness and meet the growing demands of the market and supply chains.

In retail operations and supply chain management, Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG) has promoted greener operations by expanding rooftop solar power systems at 643 stores and applying IoT solutions at 1,736 stores in recent years to optimize energy use and reduce emissions. The company has also encouraged the use of electronic invoices and reduced single-use plastic bags. On the social side, the Group integrates environmental responsibility into its supply chain through the “Tick Xanh Trách Nhiệm” program, strengthening product traceability, quality control processes, and anti-counterfeiting measures. These efforts help protect consumer rights and build a transparent and responsible business environment. From a governance perspective, MWG meets strict evaluation criteria through a multi-layer assessment process, demonstrating transparent governance, effective risk management, and compliance with regulations. This underscores the company’s long-term commitment to green growth and sustainable development.
