1. As soon as we received the information, we immediately recalled and stopped selling all products from Lam Dao Supplier. At the same time, we conducted thorough testing of all bean sprout products currently being supplied to our chain.

2. The Lam Dao supplier only provides products to the Dak Lak area, accounting for 2% of the total bean sprout volume of the chain.

3. Bach Hoa Xanh places the highest priority on product quality, hygiene, and safety. All products supplied to our chain are required to meet strict legal documentation standards, including: A valid business license, Certification for food safety and hygiene, Testing documentation that meets applicable quality control criteria, and other relevant permits as mandated by government regulations.
