On October 17, 2024, Bach Hoa XANH officially signed a comprehensive strategic partnership with CPV FOOD Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of C.P. Vietnam), a leading supplier of fresh and processed chicken. This signing not only reaffirms Bach Hoa XANH's commitment to food safety standards but also highlights the company's efforts to provide consumers with the highest quality products.
CPV FOOD currently complies with the standards set by the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) regarding Animal Welfare, Biosecurity, and Food Safety. To meet these standards, CPV FOOD implements advanced technology through its closed-loop 3F model within a biosecurity zone, covering everything from feed production, and poultry farms (including breeding, hatcheries, and broiler farms) to butchery and food processing plants.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Ngoc, Purchasing Director for Fresh Products at Bach Hoa XANH, emphasized that quality is paramount for Bach Hoa XANH. Therefore, they prioritize freshness and safety and seek strategic partners that meet all quality standards.
Ms. Ngoc also stressed that Bach Hoa XANH is committed to ensuring that 100% of the daily fresh products are free from antibiotics and growth hormones. Their nationwide distribution system ensures that meat products are displayed for only two days. After this period, all products are completely disposed of at 10 PM daily through a physical destruction process and treated with potassium permanganate, ensuring that no product is recycled.
Additionally, Bach Hoa XANH frequently established weekend promotions with low prices, benefiting consumers. As the year-end demand surges, CP and Bach Hoa XANH are committed to working together to ensure a stable supply, preventing any shortages during the Tet holiday, and ensuring an uninterrupted supply chain. Furthermore, strict quality controls are applied by Bach Hoa XANH’s team throughout the transportation and sales processes, ensuring that CP chicken remains safe and high-quality when it reaches consumers.
On October 11, representatives of Bách Hóa XANH participated in a conference summarizing the first year of the cooperation agreement for socio-economic development between Ho Chi Minh City and the Central Coastal provinces. The event, held in Quy Nhơn City, Bình Định Province, also launched the action plan for the 2024-2025 phase.
